Animated Banner Issues....

I'm sorry but untill farther notice, you will not be able to order an animated banner.
"But why?" Because the program I use to make the animated banner is broken and I have not clue when it will be fixed. Sorry!

    With the program I use I can make animated banners with glitter and blinking text only.
